    very very nice
    very pretty too
god we got so many gorgouse dreadies round here
and theyre natural if im not mistaken right?
if they were backcombed im guessing fairly loosly then just let em be huh..
but i kinda think they may not have been
although they do look fairlt well along for 8 months natural..
they look like theyre movin into the mature stage

    hey thanks man :)

I did have them backcombed in the beginning, but you're right, it wasn't tightly done.

I haven't done any maintenance besides ripping and I wash 1-2 times per week.

They are pretty funky even tho they were backcombed. Lots of little guys, fatties, a few congos, and flat kinky crazy things. They're all very different and I like that they're not uniform. There's also like 3-4 inches of straight pure round knottiness on each dread, so yeah, they're definitely maturing.

Yeah some of the straight ends get pulled up into themselves to form blunt ends.
In fact, you can't see it, but there IS a snake in the darkness behind me in those side pics. California King named Vera.

And thanks guys. I know other people here have seriously inspiring dreads. it's pretty cool you think mine are, mr 78suburban :p
