pregnant with bloodclotting disorders

    so this is my 3rd pregnancy. as alot of u know my other two ended in miscarriage. it devestated me for a long time.
    i went for blood work and they found i have Heterozygous MTHFR and Factor V Leiden. I have to see my Geneticist on wednesday the 15th for an ultrasound and a prescription for lovenox(blood thinner)
    boy, talk about ALOT of money. but its defintly worth it to me.
    i orginally wanted a homebirth but because im very high risk i absolutely can't.
    i'll let you know how things go on wednesday :)

    First off, CONGRATS!!!!! I'm sending you positive vibes!

    I know that you may not want to hear this, but if you have that type of blood disorder, then eating meat during your pregnancy may be for the best. I absolutely cannot eat meat, but I think if you have certain blood types, then it is imperative during pregnancy. I'm not saying that you should eat meat constantly, but little bits hear and there would help you.

    Most importantly, do not stress. meditate and think positively. Good luck!

    im on alot of extra iron by the HROBGYN because he said its just the same as eating meat.
    im trying my hardest not to stress but the closer we get to wednesday the more jittery i get!
