Last week, I was sleeping from 4-7 am, and I would be lucky if I got a nap in the afternoon. If I did, I slept from 4-7 pm. Then, on Friday night, I konked out around 9:30 pm, only to wake up at about 12:30 am. I fell asleep again around 5:30 am and woke up at 12:30 pm on Saturday. I then fell asleep at 9:30 pm, woke up around midnight, then went back to sleep around 6:30 am before waking up at 1:30 pm.

It is now almost 4:00 am and I'm wide awake even though I have class at 8:00 am. Thank god for provigil.

    Yikes. That can't be good.

The idea of staying awake until 8 right now seems like a great idea, but I know it certainly isn't.

I am having trouble sleeping right now. I just can't be bothered. I have to force myself to lie in bed and do absolutely nothing and even then there is no guarantee I will drop.

I made it through the day. I feel asleep at 5am, woke up at 7am, took a provigil around 9, and inhaled tea all day, and I was fine. I fell asleep at 3:30pm, bypassing my usual afterschool snack, and woke up at 6:30pm. I'm shooting to get back to sleep by 2am.
