I had a dream last night and i was wondering if anyone could help me out. basically i was at this huge house downtown ... waiting in line to get in. i guess it was liek a party or something. and there was this man on the front portch trying not to let people in and like marching and stuff...anyways i got in and had a lot of fun at the party, but then when i was about to go to sleep this monster looking woman came out of the floor and like roared at me. and i couldnt stop staring into her eyes so i had to run away. she chased me and told me not to get in the light...to stay in the dark. she kept pushing me in the shadows and stuff. then she said...just make sure u stay in the dark...and zoomed upstairs. and all the rooms in the house were like rooms ive dreamed about before in other dreams. well i finally got to the door and left and this girl ran outside...and was like..we had fun with u tonight why are u leaving? and i told her i had a lot to do the next day or something. and she told me not to let her scare you...and that i was lucky to see her. I just said ok and then left. as i was leaving i saw the lady moving through the house ... and she peeped out of the blinds as i was walking on the sidewalk. it really scared me at the time. but i kept going bck to the house every night and i found out that man was a protester on the portch. a lot of people i knew were in there...and sometimes they had bands playing. and i asked this one girl ally what she was doing there...and she looked at me with this weird face and was like...i live here...and i figured out i was the only one who didnt live there...and everytime i left someone would chase me out telling me not to leave. everytime i was in the house i felt really good...and i didnt want to leave but i was still intimidated by the lady at night. and everyone kept telling me nott o be scared by her. when i was leaving one night i saw this preacher from my home town walk by the house and shake his head. I was just wondering if anyone had any idea what this dream could be about?? Thanks for the help.
The dream is simple. The house is YOU.... It is who you are.....Your free spirit of who you are... The woman is your mother, or another influence in your life that seems to be holding you back.... There's plenty more, but the end priest is simple....... "Before it's too late....!" Understand now ?
Thanks for the help with the dream...I always seem to remember my dreams...but this one was so clear. It was a really long dream and I remembered the entire thing. There is a lot more to the dream, but that was the basic story. I wonder if I'll dream about it again tonight...
My only experience with dreams is my interest in them. Through my life, like you I have had very lucid dreams. Some go way back to when I was about 7 years old. Some have been prophetic. There is something about dreams, and something tells you to remember them for a reason. I think the reason is that they need to be acknowledged and understood so they can make a difference in your life. I think in some of our dreams our mind or senses tap into a cosmic consciousness that we are unaware of when awake. Making sense of the mumbo jumbo in dreams helps you to sort or prepare your actions when awake. Seriously though, seems like you may be having a hard time being yourself, you may be frustrated, could possibly be lonely. If we do not mix with people we get on well with and who understand and think like us, we are ultimately lonely..... If you ask yourself what the images represent in the real emotional world, and your dream reaction to them, then you should start to be able to work out what it means yourself... This dream could possibly remain in your consciousness for the rest of your life, slowly releasing the answers as time unfolds.... This has and still is happening to me with dreams from ages ago.... Yes I have had prophetic dreams, which can only mean the future is already written and we just travel on a road already laid.. Spooky eh ?
