co2 regulator and tank set-up issues?

need some co2 for my babies badly. i thought i would need a whole big generator thing but my homie says all i need is a co2 regulator and a co2 tank and the bigger the tank the easier everything will be.

so ive looked at tons of tanks and regulators the tanks all seem to be the same but the regulators and emitters are all different and i have no clue which one i would need!

a 10lb co2 tank is 75$ on ebay so i would hope to not spend more than $100 on a co2 regulator. anyone got any products for me?

 

Most decent setups are $150-300. google co2 enrichment or co2 burner

 

CO2 burners are good...and cheaper/easier...but make sure you can dissipate the heat.
