I really love this thing because it imprints sacred geometry on your psyche or whatever you want to call it so that when you close your eyes you have more precision to work with.
"sacred geometry" is the key word here. Do you know who Alex Grey is? I'll tell you a little story. When I was living in NYC I went to his COSM gallery for a psychedelic masquerave of sorts where I dosed hard on some good lysergic and danced my ass off, had an out of body experience and flew around the room while I was dancing...amazing.... but anyway I probably looked at his artwork for 2 or 3 hours. I was inside the chapel of sacred mirrors. After a long time, I closed my eyes. Do you know what I saw? I saw all of his art combined in perfect precision flowing so beautifully... I can not describe to you the depth of these visions...they were the most beautiful I have ever seen. I learned that night that everything you look at reflects the way you can look at everything...that is why I try and fill my mind with so many good things, precise things, they recalibrate my mind.
Yes, I am very familiar with Alex Grey. I have also been to the COSM gallery. I know of the idea of sacred geometry and understand it in a certain sense. More what I was asking, what text should I read to maybe be able to more fully understand (feel) exactly what it is?
To be honest all the information I know has been spawned from just meditating on all of this. I have absolutely no idea how I know all the crap that I know.
Then do you know it? Rhetorical of course. Anyways, I certainly enjoyed his piece. Is there more to come?
Haha, wow, that's pretty sweet. I was kinda relieved when an ugly monster didn't pop up and scream at me at the end, lol.
