Even though I am part british. But my family came here during colonial times so they must have thought the same things of their fellow countrymen.

Two words, eat shit. Adelaide was settled purely by free settlers, that is, burgeois snobs with enough money to buy passage. We used aboriginals for slave labour instead of convicts. I am proud of our high regard for civil rights during that time... Actually, we still rock, we're one of the only states to make unadulterated ales, one of the first places in the world to give women the vote and we have awesome arts festivals, and Bon Scott half grew up here.

That is ridiculous! And this happened a year ago? If this woman is looking to sue you it's purely because she wants or needs money and is trouble! Why else would she drag this up one year on. If it was because of the "violence" thing she would have pressed charges there and then.

If she is trying to sue you then I would counter sue her for the racist comments she made to you, hence why you reacted.

Going by everything you've said, the fact that the car issue was all sorted out and it's been a year!...The courts will see (hopefully) that this bitch is simply trying to make waves and cause trouble again! By doing what she's doing now, I think she is showing herself up for what she really is.
