random poem # 304

I weep for those
that cut off their ears
and speak through a loudspeeker
"I AM ENLIGHTENTED!"
but i dare not correct them
for fear of becoming them.

 

Hey, it's a wry little comment on hypocrisy. Like that. Just watch the spelling. You're tromping on your own foot in this one.
