If the ACLU doesn't stand for civil liberties than what does

They have potential so why don't they use it and focus more on individual rights instead of worrying about the cross...and I'm a agnostic

Because the ACLU works with an agenda that at its core has nothing to do with protecting civil liberties. They represent only the civil liberties that they want to represent, which are usually those of the far left end of the false left/right paradigm. That's why they won't stand up for property rights, religious rights, gun rights, etc..

The ACLU receives massive foundation funding to serve an agenda, which entails the alteration and breakdown of the moral fabric that makes up traditional American society -- in particular Judeo-Christian culture.

I am not saying this as a Christian, as I do not practice any religion or follow any manmade dogma. I am simply telling you the facts.

I've found many local ACLU chapters that work very diligently with the citizens to protect their civil liberties.
With so many of the new "terrorist" threats coming from ordinary working citizens (according to the P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Act), the ACLU has been working double time to help.
I think it's unfair to blame the whole for the actions of the few.
