This reminds me of my father. He believes that there is only ONE true religion, and that anyone who doesn't believe in it, is going to die. Only the ones who believe in the TRUE religion will live in the new system of things. It's BS to say that the only true religion is based on a text that is just a few thousand years old. I'm sure that members of much older religions, like Hinduism, Judaism, and even newer ones such as Islam, would argue that you're wrong. After taking several theology classes in college, studying the bible with different representatives from different religions, and considering religion from the most objective angles that I could find, I have a lot of difficulty accepting any ONE religion. Why does one book have to be right, and the other book wrong. There are many gods in the world. Ultimately, the enlightened one will not just believe what they read, or what they are told by someone else, they will develop their beliefs based on their full life's experiences. They will educate themselves about life, and religion and right and wrong. It is not our place to judge others. None of us can really be certain that our beliefs are 100% correct. That's why it's called FAITH.
There many people on earth who know what happens when our sprit leaves the physical body. There people who channel non physical beings who are trying help humanity to remember our divinity and our purpose for being on earth. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_aRfjyoeJ9I
