I got an interview there, I wanted to know how it is working there and what the interview might be like. I applied for a seasonal job, BTW.
Here's a direct quote from my friend about what kind of person they are looking for in the interview. well its a sales job so just gotta be personable and knowledgeable about the shit they will sell and u know, salesy
My son had a job there (now works on computers at a university) - and Circuit City in seasonal sales, well, sucks. You will be asked to work ridiculous hours, build you up to make Sales, Sales, Sales - and you may get laid off at literally a moment's notice. The nicer you are to the people (but the more stupid you are to co-workers), the better. Be Nice during the interview and act as if you could be brain washed to think anything they want and you'll do just fine.
are you going for a CS or for flow team? in the interview just be really respectful and enthusiastic about working there. if you get the option don't pick flow team. they get like 25 c more an hour but they work way harder. i had to lift big ass tv's, get a forklift license, and tag and arrange everything. the customer service ppl only have to work the registers and make sales...easy.
