well, yes, the spinning pattern definitely added to the meditation, as well as the affirmations. however, before i did the meditation as guided by the website, i just did the breathing technique and still felt relieved. and then i did the G Breath with the I Ams and the yantra not spinning (because i didn't know it could). and then i did the G Breath with the I Ams and the yantra spinning! that was around 8pm (eastern time), it's not 1142pm and i'm only just now coming off the "high" of feeling universally sound. that is not to say i don't still feel more comfortable than i've felt in weeeeeks.
Understandable. It's just on the same level as this. The writer is rather obscure... remember it for when you're bored tomorrow. it's a good read.
i tried to wrap my head around it, and whether or not i fully comprehended it, i got something out of it. something clicked. also, at some point during the reading, i almost thought that i was in a dream, and had to look at a digital clock many several times before i would allow myself to believe i wasn't. although, i'm still not sure that i'm not...
if anyone is into the idea of sacred geometry.... Drunvalo Melchezidek is someone to look up. He has much in writing about mer-ka-ba and the feminine kundalini that is manifesting.
when are you supposed to hit play on the flower? i did it after the breaths but now im thinking i should have done it right at the beginning before the breaths? it also didnt work cause my roommate wouldnt turn down his music but i wanted to see it anyways
Yeah, I'm a slow learner. That stuff is nothing but evil. When I say "I'm never drinking again." I think I really mean it this time.
I dont understand the difference between breathing in through your mouth or nose in the excercise of the OP?
