a part is anything. you just mix 12 times as much water as soap you're using, with the soap

like 1 cup soap mixed with 12 cups water, or 1 teaspoon soap with 12 teaspoons water

im new to this, and more capable people could tell you some method for doing this, i just know what a part is so...

the cap on the top of the bronners bottle. you could pick whatever you would like aslong as it is 1 part soap to 12 water.

ok let me somplify this 12 times as much wayter as soap
it dont matter how u measure u domnt even gotta measure just estimate
i use an old boittle i fill it with soat to what loiiiks like 1/12th then full with water the rest of the way

so if say the bottles 12 inches tall fuill it 1 inch wirg soap then to the top with water
well technicaly thats 11 to 1 but say the bottles 13 inches then uuts 12 times as much water sas soap (1 inch soap +12 inches water = 13 inch bottle)
it dont gotta be exact though

I have found that mixing the Bronner's and water in a squirt bottle really help with ensuring I don't have to remix 2 or 3 times during one shampooing. I can conserve and direct the very liquid shampoo with the Peri bottle. Once the bottle is half way gone, I refill and use the remainder. I basically use 1 and 1/2 bottle full = 12oz of water with that one squirt of Bronner's. Peri Bottle (click for a link) . Fill it up most of the way and then just give a wee squirt of Bronner's into. I have never measured but I after squirting more and then less into the peri bottle full of water I found an extremely personalized dilution that rocks. Some people will tell you they have had to use Bronner's full strength, or half strength, or drops per gallon. So what I am saying is, don't get too caught up on the diltution. I know it's expensive, so don't go overboard, but just play around with it a bit, be flexible in your expectations and patient for results. I have never used a Bronner's bar but so far have only heard good things about them ;)

If you find you don't like the scent you can buy the unscented Bronner's and add your own EO's or nothing at all. I use the unscented. I dig it.
    Good luck to you :)
