black dust on my bowl..

its gotta be carbon build up.. but i dont see how its in between the spirals when its nowhere near where the flame as been..

whos resin whipes off just as easy as dust??

you did mention it wasn't resin lol....

if it is inside where the smoke is...it's resin...if it's outside where the flame has touched then its carbon buildup from oxygen converting into carbon dioxide. trust me, i'm a pothead and a fireman.

i guess your herb may have coaled a bit while smoking it. dry ash-like shit that'll still smoke a little. if it doesnt burn, then it's just ash. i know the shit you're talkin about...as far as what to do with it...i'd say get rid of it and clean your bowl...but i guess you could use it as makeup if you want. ya might reek of weed goin out in pubic though.
