What dreams may come (book and movie)

I finished the book last night and i'm watching the movie right now, i'm 10 minutes into the movie and it's soo different from the book, i was really surprised, what do you guys think??

 

I liked the movie...but its been so long I should watch it again

I'm liking it, i was just disappointed at how different it is from the book, like, chis's heaven was never a painting, he had 5 kids (that neither one of them died), leon was just a random person in heaven (not a daughter), he only needed to wait 24 years in heaven so Annie would join him, and other stuff... No bashing on the movie, just differences

 

screen plays always adapt. I just enjoy the film for what it is. beautiful, last time I saw it, years ago.

 

I LOVE the movie... Didn't even know there was a book, but maybe I'll give it a look. Thanks for the heads up on how different it is. I would be pretty weirded out otherwise, but actually that sounds kind of fun. It's like an alternate reality... but the theme is the same, as are all of the characters. Cool.

 

The book is really good, the explain so much about afterlife, highly recommend it, so far i perfer the book.
