So im thinking of rolling at Monster Massive, and I want to know if I should or should not because I take 20mg of paxil daily? I have heard that it weakens the effect of ecstasy, but what are the other serious health risks or dangers? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
yes, it affects the roll, usually to the point of feeling nothing. My friend had to stop for 2 weeks in order to feel anything at all. This could lead to some emotional issues, of course, so don't try it unless you feel prepared. Also, Monster Massive is kinda soon... sorry to spoil the fun Anybody know how to help him out?
my girl is on effexor and and a decent dose at that. Either she will not take her medicine the morning of. Also she usually takes 2 to roll (depending on the pill.) For good to strong pills take maybe two. for shitty pills dont waste your time. Two of one things will happen with shitty pills. Either you will feel nothing. or you will probly be speeded out because the pill had alot of meth in it. So good luck and happpy rollllling
It doesn't ALWAYS effect the high, I'm on Efexor, and can still get high as a kite guess it depends on the individual I'm not quite sure how to phrase this, so sorry if it comes out sounding like crap, apparently MDMA makes it alot easier to OD on SSRI's, (incredibly hard to do) and so depending on the amount your taking you could THEORETICALLY OD, but I highly doubt it. Suppose it's possible that you could puke up your stomach contents, like people do when they try and OD on SSRIs. I have no idea about the strength of Paxil/mg, but if you're just taking a 'normal' amount (I take 75mg efexor a day, which is what I take to be 'normal' for it, I have however known people to take as much as 225mg a day) it probably shouldn't do anything other than potentially kill your high. I'm too stoned to make sense atm.
My advice: get off the SSRIs. They are a scam. Most new medical literature is showing they have at best a placebo-strength effect, if that. second piece of advice: get off the SSRIs if you want to do other drugs. SSRIs dampen most drugs, and make it possible to get Serotonin Syndrome. There's no positive here. Think it over. Read. I didn't even talk with my doctor. I just quit cold turkey one day (risky thing to do but I have a resilient mind).
I am on the same think same does and I haven't rolled since I was put on it. Did you end up rolling and if so how did you feel?
i took some e about a month ago and my meds completely cancelled out the effect of it at the time i didn't know that it could interfere with the roll. i couldn't understand why out of me and my 4 buddy's, i was the only one who wasn't fucked up. the only effect that i noticed was that it caused my body to overheat, i was sweating my ass off all night
I'm thinking about just not taking my paxil for three days before I roll and I'm going to take and extra pill more than I usually take. And after I come down I will continue my paxil.
