they are all the same type of psilocybe mushroom, psilocybe cubensis. they all have the same chemical, so ones are not gonna be more trippier or a different trip than others.

but some of them are stronger (more potent) than others, they grow quicker than others, and look different

the most well rounded ones (they are potent as fuck, grow fast and you get a huge yield) are cambodian and P.E.S.A, sometimes known as P.E.S. amazonian

Any well educated mycologist will tell you " a cube is a cube is a cube,...."

All cubes are the same potency. Also, the substrate they are grown on have no effect on potency.

This is what i have been told by mycologist time and time again. I have grown many different strains of cubes and can't really say that i have noticed any difference in potency.

I was just going to point this out. Philosophers Stones are much more headfuck, much less visual.

I've heard great things about the McKennai mushrooms, I'd give them a try.

Also, cubensis strains aren't all the same potency. Mexicans are usually weaker than the rest, then Columbians, then Philipinos.

    I hope you're joking, mate.
Philosopher's Stones have given me one of the most visual mushroom experiences ever.. :toetap05:
And who is anyone to recommend anything when the bottom line is everyone reacts differently and mushroom inebriation is a very personal thing?!

I have to disagree with you.
The cubensis that grow in florida are huge and you have to eat a LOT of them...which is rather unpleasant.

indoor cultivated cubensis are so much more potent!

those big gold caps you find down there get bleached the fuck out by the sun, and yea you have to eat hella them, and they taste like crap, and they's real big, better to soak them in shine and make some blue juice than eat them.

Can someone show me a Mexican cubensis. I live close to mexico so i was wondering if that is the specific strain i been getting. Because mine always do look different thann the pics i see on the interent. if they are weaker, that sucks, but atleast we get them by the tons. shrooms grow over here in South texas like crazy. one time on a harvest i got about 100 Cubensis. Feild shrooms though.
