and i think i'm dying, my legs might fall off. BUT, it was SO much fun to just get out there. Really, I live in a beautiful area. And I walked for part of it (hey, i'm fat, i'm not running for hours) and i ran when i found interesting parts. i don't know, i'm really happy, and exhausted, and proud of myself, and happy because this place is seriously awesome. I took a picture, maybe i'll upload it. Plus, i wore these ridiculous tube socks, and was super hot. (i think i'm probably the only person that thinks i'm funny)
awesome! i miss running. i just found a nature trail in the middle of a redwood forest that's mostly on the level, that would be great low impact for me, so i might actually get to run again soon!
Barefoot? Barefoot walks are great. Especially when you step on some broken glass oozing liquid AIDS.
As soon as my knee is better, I am going to go run like 5 miles Then hit up the skatepark Good job though, keep it up and it will become easier and easier to run as your strength and endurance increase
