    you're coming off drugs, right?

get some exercise and you'll recover.

get some exercise yes, and drink water, eat healthy, and spend time in the sun if you can - vitamin D helps a lot. you should also try taking fish oil supplements, omega-3's do wonders for withdrawals and depression.

Make sure you eat something for breakfast that usually helps too.

I used to be tired alot. It sucks. Falling asleep after school etc. But its ok now, as long as I eat well, and do my yoga and whatever its ok.

being low in iron can really wipe you out. I'm anemic and if I forget to take my iron supplement I can def. feel the difference.

I've found that exercising, eating well, avoiding simple sugars, and getting plenty of sleep keeps me going pretty well

    Try going for a walk.

When you breathe try breathing from your abdomen. That can give you a little bit of energy because more oxygen coming in.

Beer really won't make you more energetic.

Omega 3's take some time but they do help.

There is lots that you can do but you have to want to do them. I know that isn't always easy.
