I have this baking pan and I washed it like 3 times already, of those three times I let it sit two with warm water and soap, but it just wont come off.

    Any tips?

really hot water rather than warm plus the soap should do the trick. When you scrub, put your ass into it.:)

Leave it in the kitchen until someone else does it.

i use that bleach alternative dish soap, works wonders. the ajax one is really cheap, like a couple bucks, and it will cut the grease out of any pan. you would think im making money selling it! just a big fan.

When this happens to me I use hot water, and put soap directly on the pan.

    I would:-

1)kidnap a chinese tourist and force em to cook.
    2)eat out instead
    3)buy a new pan?

    Simple!

Boil some water in the pan, it will come off by itself.

    That's very true.

I was surprised to see it like that after putting some "chicken" in the oven.

THIS is the answer (from working in a diner and kitchens):
Hottest of hot water and soap to soak for 30 min to hour, then
Brillo Soap Pads plus elbow grease.

    will work every time.

I say I promise because I hate people that say trust me. :D
