The case was dismissed, NOT BASED ON EVIDENCE that would have put paid to the whole controversy, but based on who brought the suit and the possible harm it might do to voters ~ which he is ABSOLUTELY wrong about!

Wonder how close to retiring that judge is?...

 

It was dismissed for a number of reasons. Conclusory allegations was one reason. Lack of evidence was another. The laws that Berg did cite didn't support his assertions, although on the surface they might sound good to a layman.

The case couldn't be dismissed based on evidence because Berg didn't provide any evidence. It was dismissed in part based on lack of evidence.

If McCain the great warrior and Palin the great hunter and both mavericks are sure Obama is an alien sleeper terrorist why are they letting him remain at large and run for president, why aren't they protecting the American public at large by having him arrested?

Can we trust them to protect us if Osama comes out of his cave?

 

Perhaps with their combined administrative experience they just don't know who to contact to end this major terrorist threat. I would think as a citizen with little experience they could just call homeland security.

The Berg suit about Obama's citizenship could still be reviewed by the Supreme Court. He's promoted other conspiracy theories in the past.

Recall that Berg filed a 9/11 lawsuit in 2004 on behalf of William Rodriguez (the janitor who claimed he heard explosions in the WTC towers before the planes hit which were supposedly part of a controlled demolition). There were about 57 defendents in that lawsuit including Bush, Cheney, and FEMA. It was a long list of conclusory allegations based on supposition. The lawsuit was eventually dismissed.

Berg could always file another lawsuit claiming that Obama secretly planted WMD in the WTC buildings to demolish them.
