Bathroom Problems.

    I'm having somehwat trouble using the bathroom. I just don't get the urge. During sports season I never have trouble, but on offseason, I do. I just don't get that urge. What could this be? I really want to avoid going to the doctors if I can.

    You mean you can't shit? For how long? Do you eat fiber? Do you do opiate drugs?

    I mean I can shit sometimes. Its been like this for like 3-5months, i can shit during sports season but after that I have trouble, I eat fiber, and no i do not do drugs.

    I drink a ton of water, just it like doesnt go down THERE lol, like the shit stays up in my bowels and doesnt go down to the "launch pad" if you know what i mean.

    Maybe work out more, it makes sense. More exercise increases your metabolism. If you're going more during sports season maybe it's just because you get more exercise then.

    Wow. Um well eating a lot of fibers is a good thing and drinking lots of water. Do you drink any soda, coffee, or juice.

    Im thinking your burning up all your intakes.. You could be eating perfectly.. And Metabolizing all your intake, This leave very little to Void... You should then eat more grains/ Oatmeal/fiber/
    Also non Digestible fiber. Like Corn // Corn cant be totally digested by the human body. You can keep better track of your bowel movements buy eating Whole kernel corn twice to 3 x's a week..

    eat all-brand extra fiber and like others have said here drink lots of water too. i have known a lot of people who have tried eating all-brand extra fiber, and it has given all of them the 'green apple splatters.' (it did that to me too!) if that does not work, then see the doc.

    Eat some tasty bread dipped in olive oil.

    And for the record, I don't drink water.

    You could just be nervous about something. Worst case, it could also be your gall bladder.

    you need to exercise during the off season. i'm the same way as you. if I don't move enough, I get backed up. Your body is telling you to move. I can eat all the fiber I want and drink buckets of water. no dice. but 15 minutes of running, swimming, or any cardio puts me right.

    Do a little every day. the every day part is important.

    Im still having this problem, Counted between everything today, ive eaten 34g of Fiber, when your body only needs 25g, thats a shit load lol, and still havnt been able to "go".

    Miralax.. Very simple solution. Solution solution. You can mix this with anything you eat.. Soda,coffee,water, or solid foods...
    tasteless and not rough on your system.. It will make you regular..
    I use it all the time... Im skinny tall with high metabolism..

    I think your trying to hard to shit..:)
    Im gonna have to agree with Xenon too. Some Olive Oil, bread..

    You may even want to Enema yourself. You may have a obstruction in your lower intestine.. Warm water mineral oil.
    Get some rubber gloves and take a trip to the tunnel with your fingers..
    Having impacted colon isnt good. abdomen is sore, by laying on your back press on your belly and see if you can feel bloating and tightness.. dont flex your muscles when doing this if you feel pain,(you should se a Dr) or you may be dehydrated and have other digestive issues. Lactos Intol??...

    Just like when a baby is dehydrated... its pooper is dry.. (q-tip) some mineral oil up in that bugger and watch the fudge fly..
    Fluids are not reaching the lower, and or the Colon is not secreting enzymes. .

    you have the solution to your own problem. in the off season, you get backed up.

    get up and move before you start supplementing. the obvious solution is the first place to start.

    If you drink soda or coffee that will just make you even more dehydrated. You have to drink 4 times the water just to cancel it out!

    which by the way is not a bad thing. Lots of coffee, and 4 times that amount in fresh water, plus some extra.

    and some exercise. jogging is the best. the rowing machine makes things go as well.

    Hey man, just to check, are you feeling "bunged up" down there?

    i.e. do you have the urge to go? is it uncomfortable, or are you just worried you arn't shitting enough?

    Although everybody poops (as the book informs me) frequency is very variable!

    Well i just dont get the urge to go. About the soda, just through away the Coke I was drinking lol. I drink LOTs of tea. Will that be the same effect as coffee?
