damn, ive realized the past few days how much babylon has clouded and sorta confused my mind lately and ive become so unfocused and beligerant to my life. vegetarianism is nearly the only positive i've held onto lately, and ive **shamefully** been tempted to eat some fast food chicked a few times lately....it's startin to fuck me up .... i dont feel as good about myself lately, have been rather negative in all my thoughts, have been suffering negatives across the board really, havent even been able to enjoy my highs lately, so for now i stop all psych use, since im not allowing myself to benefit although i like dont ever go to the doctor & dont have health insurance im gonna try and have my tonsils taken out soon; had tonsilitus since i was 16 so i need to get it done after i recover: 40 day fast get some therapuetic masseuse work done on my body no more cigarettes (already pretty much stopped) no more tap water eliminate dairy products from life mmmmm....guess thats about it, but i need this so much, the tonsils thing is shitty, it's kinda holdin me back...i'd have already begun the fast but i wanna get those fucked up things out of my body first i can just feel my own negative energy radiating from within ......i must purify thyself....body, soul, & mind i encourage others to seek positive movements......on any level...whether the first step taken or the 1000th
I think it's amazing that you are so in tune with your body and what it needs and feels, and I do plan on healing myself as well. I've only gone on one fast, which was for a day, and I know I need to do it more often for myself. What do you do/consume during the 40 day fast?
certain juices and specific vegatable broths & purified water.......there's like a lot of systems and shit that give out day by day plans on the specific juices. there's a variety of different kynds....tell you the truth im not 100% planned on my fast yet, in terms of my juice and broth intake. 40 day fasts are a pretty big deal in terms of the proper fluid intake , rest, & lifestyle. if done right...which can be done with determination and sense, releases toxins and excess fat from your body, providing a cleansing on the actual outward physical appearance of the body, increased energy, and most importantly kind of a rewiring of the senses and mind....creating a type of journey for the soul & bringing enlightenment into your life.
I've been on kind of a fast this past week... I'm a vegetarian normally, but I've gone strict raw vegan the last week... very detoxifying... hard to maintain but I feel so good now... I'll be going back to my regular vegetarian diet in another week or so...
hahha..Im physically purifying myself rightn ow..its called not eating..my spiritual life is in well tune...but..I have been getting mad myself lately for being so dang BIG ...then, thinking about this makes me eat more , then I just get REALLY fed up and stop eating for a while. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.....
well........yea, thats also known as fasting .... & ya know you really shouldnt do that to your system....eat, then 'stop eating for while'....its one thing to fast 1 or maybe 2 times a year but other than that you should try and take care of your body.....like eat and nurish yourself ..... just eat right and vegan and you'll never have to worry about it making you 'big'
