I just found this on the back of our nut cutlets and was so infuriated I had to take a photo. Yes, I am that sad, and that annoyed!:toetap05: Spot the unforgivable error! Actually itd be pretty amusing even if theyd done it right...nuts crushed...heuheu Theres more than one mistake but well, one just takes it too far The brand was Goodlife nut cutlets. Complain, I say!
Hello, We have both always enjoyed your products, especially your nut cutlets, but wish to inform you about a rather elementary grammar error on the back of your latest nut cutlet packages. In your "great nut debate" box, you have used the incorrect "their", and you also have some questionable use of commas. I hope this is of help to you, as Im sure you dont want such a needless and irritating mistake on your packets in future. Incidently we like the chunky nuts, and were pleased when they appeared in the product Thank you for your time :smilielol5:
Oh come on, thats not half as badPlus I dont own a massive company and print it on the back of packets that are sold to the public. Dont roll your eyes at me Mr
I recieved an email from one of the mangers at work to make me awhere of who to contact for some course. Shocking!
I admire when people speak well; but as mistakes such as the use of 'your' for 'you're' are rampant, I almost consider it acceptable because English has so many illogical exceptions, after all. I always know what it means so it's not really a problem for me, though I take pride in trying to be correct.
God, I never spell received wrong it was drilled into me by a scary old english teacher. This thread of all places!
I get very peeved at poor spelling and grammar. Especially if it is a public notice, they must have someone who can proof read these things?
