I like to take a whole cube of tofu and saute' it up with some potatoes, green beans, fresh corn cut off the cob, and lentils. I season it up with some curry powder, thai red or green curry paste (mashed up in some water to make more of a liquid out of it), garlic & herb seasoning, salt, pepper and last to go in is fresh chopped garlic(be sure not to add this til closer to the end so as to have a nice fresh garlic flare to it). I pair it with brown rice but white rice is really good too .The way you cook it all is totally up to you. I cook the tofu & potatoes together with the curry stuff for rich absorbtion of flavor (I continue to add a little bit of the curry paste water throughout cooking to prevent sticking and drying.. they'll suck up all the flavor too!) and I'll saute' the green beans separately and add to tofu/potatoes when they are done along with the corn and lentils and garlic. Use the afore mentioned spices however you wish. Add more curry powder and or paste to taste. Makes for a yummy, fresh POW to your culinary senses dish. Let me know what ya think of it.
