Sure, women can have sex without sweating.

What I have noticed is women and men sweat a lot during heightened sexual erousal, I often wonder if this is natures way of helping ? ( how can you fake this ?)

Its not hard to hear a womens heart beating in her chest if it is really pounding hard if its beating at over or up to 200+ beats per minute. (you can't fake that)

Sporadic vaginal spasms, maybe you can fake this to some extent ?

Every girl is different. I don't sweat, I don't flush, I have a bad heart so it pounds fast even when I'm sleeping, my vaginal contractions are normally one strong one for every orgasm I have, but they don't pluse.
