Does this picture look photoshopped to you?

I found this picture in this thread, and i didn't want to disturb the thread to ask/comment about the picture. But I think it looks Photoshoped. What do you think?

 

Obviously the blurring is photoshopped, not sure about the rest of the photo..

Just looks like a bad picture from a slightly shoddly constructed website.

 

Why would they blur that part. They must of been stoned.

 

I think the picture was once bigger; showing the people in the background more than their feet.
For whatever reason the photo editor did not wish to identify the people in the background.
Then the picture was croped for size, with out removing the bluring, perhaps because the person croping the image was not the person who took the picture.

 

I thought those little kids were action figures...

Yes it's photoshopped. The images were flatten and very obvious that it has been cropped.

 

What does that mean?

 

Its most definitely shopped.

 

the people in the backround are blurred to make the kids stand out.

if they're the only clear thing in the picture, you're eyes going to go to them first and not random legs

 

Well bluring out the background just made it look photoshopped, complete fail on the part of the editor.
