How stupid are you? Have you ever been on a blind or double date? Its not like I'd regret going on a fucking date... If you have a problem with me saying shes the hottest woman ever your misinformed, she should be the actual definition of what is hot.

This is true, you can get as much protein to bulid muscles from vegetarian sources as from meat, perhaps more.

Spinach, tofu and paneer (indian cheese) are my personal favourites.

Making the paneer is easy, but cooking the spinach takes a bit of practise. Took me about 4 years to get it right.

You sure have. It's important to choose the right oil for cooking Indian food, IMO. Don't go overboard on the spices. There's a knack to getting the oils to absorb the spices I think too. You need to add your spices and then simmer your vegetables in water, after you've fried them up of course.

But for panner, all you do is take full fat milk, about 4-6 pints. Add couple of bit of cumin and a little salt if you want. Bring it to the boil, and just as it is about to boil over, throw in some lemon juice and whack the heat up. The lemon will stop it from boiling over. It will separate into curds and whey in a few minutes. Simply strain it into a clean handkercheif, wrap it up and place it in between two plates to squeeze the excess water out. I usually fill the pot full of water and sit it on top. And it's ready to cook with. I usually leave it for a few hours to harden up a bit then fry it, but you have cook with it immediately. You can also drink the whey, the liquid that is leftover. It is very good for you, but don't mix it with alcohol.

I find meat disgusting to eat, except chicken meat and some sea food, I don't know why.
And I also hate almost all greens.

This is a long thread. Is it still on topic? If so, I am a 7th level vegicopter...I only eat food that I found in the trash.

    That makes perfect sense.

I hate when people use the argument of "well, animals eat meat, so why shouldnt I?". Animals do a lot of things that we dont do.

If you want to eat meat, eat meat. There's no need for explanations. I hate it so much when I sit to eat with someone and they're like, so why are you a vegetarian? and why this and why that? Cant a person just eat whatever they want to eat without having someone question everything about it. I dont sit around asking someone so, why do you eat meat? I figure they eat it because they like it.
