Laced with Heroin

I live in a suburban town..with a big heroin problem. but should I be worried of encountering it? Is there any way to tell if it's laced other then smoking it?

Actually, Heroin is cheap as hell compared to any other opiate, or most drugs for that matter.
But would someone actually do this? No.

 

some dealers spray methadone (sorry about the spelling) on weed to get you hooked so you keep coming back and this way they can offer you harder stuff! P&L

 

There's no way you wouldn't notice a methadone, heroin, or ANY opiate high from your ganja. It's not like opiates are a subtle high.

 

if you smoke it you'll know. It's going to feel real dirty going down.
