okay so im browsing around this site that ive done well with in the past, and im sure many of you have too. iamshaman.com. the thing is, im looking around and what do i see but aminita muscaria caps??? maybe im confused but isnt this the type of mushroom that is psychoactive, and schedule one??? this site is located in the US btw.

Psilocybin is what you're thinking of, those are the "magic mushrooms". Amanitas are not popular due to the fact they are deliriants and not psychedelics.

... so did the toad demon take his soul or not? I think this is pretty important to know in case anyone decides to eat A. muscaria.

I've tried selling my soul to the devil for riches, on e-bay for five-hundred dollars, and to a paraplegic whore for an hour of conversation (no touching) all to no avail!

At this point, I'm ready to just get rid of it for free, don't care what's done with it. Surely it can't be trusted to guide me properly in the afterlife as it's led me quite astray in the current one. Do you think I could meet such a toad demon?

Doing this without having to eat delerient mushrooms would be ideal, but they're legal here, and grow around this time of year. I saw some A.pantherinas last year, and they're supposed to be a lot stronger.

I don't know if I'm more afraid to eat Amanita muscaria/pantherina or Gymnopilus spectabilis. Seems the Gymns would be more likely to 'steal one's soul'.

No, I'm pretty sure he escaped with his soul intact. I forgot to mention that during the experience he forgot that he'd taken anything which I imagine made the deamon even scarier.

Yeah, that's why deliriants are pretty scary, and so unpleasant as to often be unscheduled: you can't even tell yourself that you're on drugs and that with time the effects will pass.

That's my guess, I really don't know first hand about consuming A.muscaria/pantherina, datura, and the like. All I know is that if the toad demon guy had played his cards right, he'd be sitting happily, soul-free, just like my self. I didn't even have to vomit!

Did you buy them from the internet? Most of the ones sold online tend to have no effect for some reason.
If you actually want to try Amanitas you should pick your own.

 

Amanitas are VERY touchy. Alot of the times, they don't work but when they do, they rock your socks off. And not in a good way. I've yet to meet someone who has like them. I myself had one fucked up trip of feeling like my stomach was torn out and was being chased by my own brain. My advice, stay away and just wait for cubes to come around, or maybe even Uncle Cid
