A form of polyunsaturated fat/oil. Most people get too much and not enough omega 3.

Omega-3 is in fish oil, I don't think Omega-6 is. One good source of Omega-6 is borage seed oil.
Omega-6 is Gamma-Linolenic acid and Linoleic Acid.

All omega's are fatty acids, indispensable for many physiologic processes, are components of nerve cells, cell membranes, and prostaglandins. They are also essential for healthy skin, hair and nails.
