I could use some help..........

I just started gowing a few plants...I have about ten plants that are about 3-4 in. tall.. To be honest with you i was suprised that they got that big..But i dont really know what im doing after that, so if you could give me sum tips or tell me how to grow them it would be very excellent!!!!
