as much fucked upness as we've had from the past 8 years of republican's running this shit, i think we deserve a break and let a demo in there to see what's up.

you could argue a mccain win would be good as it would further weaken the republican hold on the government, and force more dems in long term.

we might have the congress and senate with the lowest approval numbers ever, but many individual senators, and congressmen , have some of their highest approval ratings ever among their constituents.

I don't know about you guys, but I am so sick of seeing/hearing McCain, Sarah Palin and Joe the fucking plumber.

  7. Nice sig, priss^

I don't know, I'm all of a sudden realizing McCain may just have this one in the bag, media is making Obama look like a sure winner, it seems.

I feel I'm seeing beyond that facade, and I don't like it..

If McCain wins I hope there are huge riots.

That being said I seriously doubt that any meaningful reform will emerge from the current two party system. The current administration needs not only to be thrown from office but brought up on charges as well.

mccain's a stupid piece of shit, but at least he isn't worshiped as a heavenly deity...

if he were to win, i would like to think that would finally be the proof the people need that your vote doesn't count.

Someplace around in these threads HHB posted a pole result showing that the peoples vote was like 51% Obama and like 42% McCain but the electoral votes were like 63% McCain and like 36% Obama.

Its a game to make ya feel better for sure, enjoy the warm and fuzzies.

that was the first sign of the problem, but it was still a close election all along. now people are already somewhat cynical because of bush's "victories," plus this is by far the most one-sided election lead-up i've seen in my short life so if the clear loser somehow manages to win it should be more obvious to everyone that something sinister occurred.

NRA bs that they spew because they know alot of thier readers are racist. A president cant take away guns, it would have to be the voted on by 2 sections of government to have that done. Then even if it ever did pass then they would have to actually physically come get them, now that will be left as an independant vote of the people and well can just see how that vote will go. I assure you my vote is no, come to get my firearms and there will be issues and fast.

Well I was a bit disappointed when I found out democracy was a sham.( and Britain doesnt even use those "voting machines")

But then , I probably waited to long to see if I'd get a letter back from the Easter Bunny...
