Hey, I was busted for possession (about 6 grams) and for parafanelia. This is my first time getting in trouble with the police and I have clean record. What do you think the penalty will be? I know there will be some type of fine, but will there be probation. And if there is probation, do you guys think they'll prevent me from leaving the state during the time period?

(1)op, State of Residence isnt listed. (2) 6grams. pttf Im going to say anywhere in the united states atm would be a misdemeanor. (3)a county supervised probation dont keep you locked in your own state, Neither does State parole as long as you have open communication with your officer. (4)a $500.00 cash fine should handle this business in the magistrate district you got popped in. You should walk with no more than a traffic type of citation and no follow up. In small local courts >MONEY TALKS AND BULLSHIT GETS A YEARS PROBATION.
