APAP 5/500 that means something like 5mg of hydrocodone 500mg of tynelneol.... you should extract it if you dont wana get sick... i dunbno why it says X under step one, but it was under the hyrdocodeone drug bible. *Taken from somethingawful Drug Bible* 1. Crush up pills into itty bitty bits. If you normally would take X pills, use at least X + 1/2 pills to account for the loss of active ingredient that results from this method. 2. Warm up some distilled water in the microwave or however you please. You want it to be warm but not hot or boiling. The best results will come with water at about 85-90 degrees Farenheit. You want to use enough water to dissolve the pills fairly well (they will not dissolve completely, this is ok--you should end up with a white-ish emulsion). The important thing to remember is that when you cool the water down you'll get back about 1g acetominophen for every 200 mL water. You don't really want to go over 3g of acetominophen in a day, and it's nice to have as little as possible. I do an extraction of 5-6 pills in about 50 mL of water. Using this little allows for a safe second extraction without having to worry about totaling up too much acetominopen. I'm sure you could probably extract even more pills in the same amount. 3. Mix the pill powder into the water really well. 4. Set the mix aside in the fridge and attempt to ignore the little voice in the back of your head that tells you every thirty seconds "just drink it, nooowww, driiink it." Swirl the mixture occasionally. 5. When the solution's cooled down to a pretty cold temperature (I usually cool mine to somewhere around 40 Farenheit), take it out of the fridge and bring it over to your filtration assembly. This includes a coffee filter (or lab filter if you have one) set up over some collection vessel (read: a cup). You should wet down the filter with cold water to keep it from absorbing too many of your precious, precious opiates. Just pour the solution onto the filter and let it filter down into the vessel. This should take less than half an hour. If you don't have any coffee filters, do what the wonderful people here at SA advised me, and use a clean, tight-knit shirt as a filter. The residue will wash off. 6. When the filtration is done, you should be left with a clear-to-yellowish solution of opiate goodness. If you're doing a second filtration, set this aside for a moment. 7. If doing a second filtration, take the white paste left on the filter and mix it with a small amount (I use a second 50 mL) of cold water. Let it mix in for a few minutes. Repeat the filtration process (I use the same filter so as to waste as little as possible) with this second solution. 8. Take the liquid collected from the two filtrations and either a) drink it OR b) let it evaporate in cool, low-lit area. If you do b) you're clearly too fucking patient. 9. If you took it in liquid form, effects should hit in about 15 minutes. If you evaporated the liquid and railed the solid, I have no idea, for I'm not nearly that patient. *Taken from somethingawful Drug Bible*
