There is physical attraction and i know she would most likely say yes. Can i message her and be like hey you down for maybe fooling around one night? Or is that a big no no

It really depends on your relationship with her. This is a delicate situation to begin with, but I'd say try it. BUT ONLY IN PERSON. And 'maybe' doesn't really strike te right tone for fooling around with a friend. Just straight up ask. Something like: "I want you and me to fool around one night soon, just for fun. What do you say?"
