ugh i hate homecoming week

i feel like vomiting all over those damned varsity people. they make me sick with all that school spirit shit.

i like spirit week...its fun to dress up and act like an idiot...not that i dont do that everyday

 

I only got into the 60's day (duh)....No one could out-hippie me!

My spirit activities were fucking crap. Heres the list of them all:
80's day (who the fuck cares about the 80's?????? Why not 60's day!!!?!?!?)
GenderBender day(I already kind of look like a girl)
Orange and Black (nothing I have is orange)
Dress up day(I thought about wearing ripped jeans and clothing, but I abandoned my plan)

 

Pajama Day (whoopdeefuckingdoo)
Hat Day (I'll just wear a hat all week... fuck 'em)
Wacky Wednesday (oh great... I get to see people with their hair fucked up and shirts inside out)
Gold and Red day (SCHOOL COLORS... JUST WHAT I NEED TO SEE... MORE GOLD AND RED)
80s day... (WHO GIVES A FUCK ABOUT BIG HAIR)

 

I had to be there my freshman year for a reason I am too embarressed to discuss. But all the other years I snuck across the street to the park and smoked weed

 

It's funny how little school spirit there is around here... I don't exactly know what homecomming week is? Never had one in high school, and apparantly this past week has been homecomming week at my college? meh

 

Lol yeah, I usualy thought of pep rallies and such as holidays. I'd do the same as lynsey, we had a park across the street too.

 

yea homecoming week sucks. the pep rally today was gay.

thursday-jersey day(wtf i dont know)
friday-school colors(white and blue)

we had monday off, and i hate homecoming

homecoming is tonight. yay!!! damn straight bitches! i cant dance though cuz of the heels ill be wearing, but, damn straight biatches!

 

Wtf is homecoming week and wtf is a pep rally??

 

homecoming is just about school spirit it happens for a whole week before the first home football game and a pep rally is...like when student council and teachers put together a mini show type thing to boost school spirit and to have fun. At my school we had things like an American Idol spoof and a pie eating contest.

for homecoming there is sometimes a parade and you spend the day making floats and playing games...then you can go to the football game and theres a dance after it.

 

You know, I used to feel the same way about homecoming week when I was in highschool, but now that I look back I wish I would have gotten into all that stuff and went to the dances. Those years really do go by too fast and I wish I would have known that back then... Try to have a good attitude about it and get into it, you might regret that you didn't later on in life. It could be a lot of fun!

 

pep rally sounds ignorant... so does the word homecoming.

I never get these type of events... they cancelled the only good event at my school... the battle of the bands.... last year was the last year... I could have most likely whooped every band's ass there singlehandedly... damn them. I still play the talent show though... yet you only get one freaking song.

 

It all sounds a bit gay tbh.

 

I thought it was fun...what's wrong with taking a day off of school work to have fun and get to know your fellow classmates better?

 

yeah, i'm not a big cheerleader sort, but i like seeing people having fun and being excited, i don't care what they're wearing. if you're too cool to have a good time, then apparently you're not really cool at all, but pretending.
