Man, this stuff is nice. I started it today took an attack dose of 3200mg(approx 5 tablespoons) of the powder today. It was nasty NASTY bitter shit, but worth it. For those that don't know, piracetam is known as a nootropic which is basically "food for the brain". It works by increasing not only blood flow to the brain, but also subconscious conversation between the hemispheres. It aids in concentration, memory, intelligence, and many other cognitive functions. Effects are follows... I took it and about half and hour later during the middle of a Super Mario Strikers game with a friend of mine it kicked in. Seemed to come off and on, almost like small 5 minute waves. I was able to play much more consistently than normal. Similar to adderall in that you are more active, but no real euphoria feeling. Concentration is amazing. At one point I was listening to my friend's computer playing the doors in another room and listening to 2 friends conversing across the room I was in. Seems multitasking is much much easier. Memory. I honestly haven't noticed improvements in memory so far. May need more analysis. My speech seemed to improve a small bit. I was using curse words less, large words more, and sentences were much more thorough. Writing is much more smooth. I also am writing quite a bit. That's probably what's up with this long post :| A few side effects though, one BAD one. --Headache. Though extremely mild, I mean really really mild, there is a headache. IT feels more like a rush to my brain than a headache but it is not in anyway debilitating. --Diarrhea. I think it's because of the attack dose, but I had bad diarrhea awhile ago, but it has subsided after one episode. I may not take it again if this occurs tomorrow with my lower dosage(800mg, 1tblsp). Though I think 800mg would be low enough per dose for this not to occur. Other than that this stuff is extremely great. I don't just feel more active, I feel more intelligent. Anyone tried this before? How did it go? I'm still new to it and very skeptical about it but looking for input.
