It's been several days since I snorted adderall for the first time (it was also my first time really snorting anything at all) and my nose still feels all fucked up. I've been looking online and it's pretty likely that it's a deviated septum.

What kind of luck would that be. First time ever snorting a drug and my nose gets beaten down.

Anyone experienced discomfort in the nose for several after snorting a large amount of powder and NOT had a deviated septum?

i doubt you got a deviated septum from your first time snorting something. its probly just irritated, it happens like that.

This is just not possible. If anyone should have a deviated septum, then I should. I have snorted a vast variety of chemicals into my nose over the past 13+ years. Yet, I do not. And I am pretty much 99.9% positive that you do not either.

    Just chill out.

    You are most likely fine.

My advice, don't snort anything anymore. It took me forever to learn this. It also took me forever to learn that prescription drugs are not good for me, you, or anyone. But this is my personal opinion.

    Take care

    :)

did you crush the aderall up into a very fine powder?? if not, the blocks of chalk and drug can leave ulcers n stuff.

but essentially, if it still feels uncomfortable then there is a chance that you accidentally snorted something other than the drug, which has lodged in there or caused a reaction of some sort.

    what exactly is this 'discomfort'?

Well, both of the things you mentioned are possibilities. I crushed it into a powder, but I can't be sure that it was as fine as it could have been.

I used a wooden mortar and pestle to crush the beads, and I was concerned that maybe some little bits of the wood or the coating mixed in with the adderall I snorted.

Basically, it's difficult (but not impossible) to breathe through my nose, and when I do it's almost like breathing in through a menthol cough drop, sort of a "cool" sensation. It doesn't exactly feel pressurized, but it does feel like there's something kind of blocking it. Almost like having a stuffy nose. Not really any pain.

I snorted it kind of strangely, too. I didn't get a "drip", does that mean that there could be shit lodged in?

Well, it's probably not a deviated septum then... but something's up, it's been 5 days and my nose still doesn't feel right.
