I dont have roll up paper or any thing

have a plastic bottle of some sort?
take off the cap, replace with tin-foil and use a needle or tac to make a few holes in the middle of the bowl.
take a knife and make a hole on the very bottom of the bottle.
hold the hole while filling it up with water. put the tin foil over the top and make an indent so it makes a "bowl".
place weed in the bowl, light with lighter and let go of the hole. water will pour out and smoke will fill up.
after all the water is gone you have a perfectly smokable bottle filled with smoke.
