Some girls that live in the same are I do had a huffing accident the other day. Longmont teens injured in car explosion Police: Girls lucky to be alive, will likely face charges Three Longmont teens are lucky to be alive after they caused a large explosion by “huffing” aerosol cans of air freshener and smoking a cigarette inside a car, Longmont police said. Cmdr. Tim Lewis said two 16-year-olds and an 18-year-old, all girls, sparked the explosion at 12:55 p.m. Thursday while inhaling aerosol sprays inside a parked Toyota sedan. The teens suffered first- and second-degree burns and were taken to a Longmont hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, Lewis said. The incident happened in front of many witnesses, Lewis said, in a parking lot at Dawson Park near McIntosh Lake in northwest Longmont. Dispatchers were flooded with 911 calls after the car was seen exploding into several pieces — the doors and windows blown off. The teens were inhaling household air fresheners to get high, Lewis said, which condensed inside the unventilated car. “They were drawing the propellant out of it, using them as toxic vapors,” Lewis said. When one of the teens lit a cigarette, the vehicle exploded. “The human body was able to sustain the force of the explosion better than the car,” Lewis said. “It’s an amazing feat that these girls walked away alive.” Lewis said the 18-year-old, Stevie Marchand, of Longmont, was driving the other girls around in her step-brother’s car. The names of the other girls were not released because they are juveniles, Lewis said, but both are from Longmont. Marchand, Lewis said, faces possible charges that include contributing to the delinquency of minors. Huffing, the act of inhaling concentrated substances, is a misdemeanor offense. Lewis said officers will meet with the Boulder County district attorney to decide on charges. He said the incident is among the most unique in his 30 years on the force. “For girls to be huffing is pretty unique in itself,” he said. “I’ve never seen anything like that” explosion. LINK
interesting. I knew a girl that huffed Glade potpourri. When you kissed her she tasted like flowers. sad but true story
ahah.. sorry, but that is humorous.. yea, there was some girl on the radio in NY, that was into huffing air cleaner cans, omg she sounded stupid.. i think she was on oprah too
Ah, so, 'carcogenic' is a noun meaning 'cancer?' I was just being a jerk to the guy who thought I was actually a huffer. I thought he misspelt the adjective,'carcinogenic' (which I used in my post about which would give you cancer the quickest) but it appears to be an alternate spelling. I apologise to everyone. Has anyone here ever huffed rocket fuel?
thats the only episode of that show i have seen.. and yea.. wow.. that was really really tough to watch.. it was sickening
That girl on Intervention. She caught the gold ring of death. To the OP. Try using supreme unleaded, it is the chronic of gas.
yeah she must be rich and stupid. at $4.00 a can, thats 40.00 a day. how could she possible buy this everyday being this disoriented? one online price is $6.58. per 10 oz. Im not going to advocate this, But the program is bullshit. As are all antidrug campaigns. They are making up numbers.. Believe me electronic cleaner is on the market for a reason, It gets computer geeks high.. Ive been a electrcian since 1991. havent meet a electrician yet that hasnt huffed a can of duster, or parts cleaner.. They just dont openly talk about it. Industrial inhalent use is just as prevalent with adults as it is with youth..
i've watched alot of intervention episodes and the one with the med school dropout huffin the duster was by far one of the saddest. at least the meth junkies knew what they were getting themselves into.
good decision not to kid. and the only "inhalant" which is pretty safe i've done is nitrous. now that, is a hell of a time. although theres a reason one of its nicknames is hippy crack.
she was able to afford it by whoring herself out to a married man, she bought it first thing in the morning- she was somewhat coherent but nowhere near OK..... what numbers are made up? the ones she gave? I'm not judging those who huff, I was simply relaying a story that I saw in regards to the Original post....of all addicts i've encountered, she was by far the strangest.... Huff your little heart out, I'm just saying it looks like a rough road to travel.
