(Raising my Hand)

    I've about this CWE thing for the first time here and I was wondering could anyone tell me why this works the way it does? Also, and this may be a stupid question, would someone please tell me what APAP stands for?

    APAP is acetaminophen, paracetamol.. etc..

    CWE works because APAP is not highly soluble in cold water.. while opioids are
