man outside my house right now, like looking in my freaking window, is a guy in a silver jeep with a black tie & white shirt, & those epilettes-things on the shoulders and he's sitting making notes.

    he's on to me.
seriously. he knows i have grass in my house & he knows i should be at work. he's seriosuly after me.

    This is wack.
Tax evasion and fraud? You are 17.... And it is weed, man.
You also use too many apostrophes to be paranoid.

you should go outside and ask why he is taking notes about your house - you can also call the police, unless he is the police. if he really is the police.. then yeh maybe you have something to worry about.

either way, the worst thing you can do is nothing. Just go out and say 'excuse me, I noticed you from inside and was wondering why you are writing notes about my house?'

are you afraid he is going to shoot you?
