It's true. I really am. I love to dance the night away. I love going to the afterhours club downtown. I love getting home at noon and crashing. I love E. I love sketching. Hell, I even met my boyfriend at the afterhours club while he was working.(I love him as well) I love the whole scene.
Ive been drug kicking and screeming to couple of them, And really have to ask this. why do they alwasy play such crappy music at raves. I meeen if they got rid of all that stupid techno dance crap it be a lot better party only dancing ive ever done is slamin in a mosh pit...if you can call that dancing
as you know, jess, i was a raver for about 5 or 6 years. wouldnt even do it again... COULDN'T but maybe you'll see why in the future (and maybe not), but i still have my memories!!! and my apprieciatte for some of the music and i still love to DanCE!!!!
Been there, done that.............. Around ten years ago, when raves were starting to "pop out", me and my friends would go to them all the time. They were no where near as popular then as they are now. I even "worked" at a few of them as well. Just be careful Sunnie. I have saw some really fucked up shit happening at raves................. ~namaste~
i really liked raving the last couple of years. The whole happy, e-relating feeling was great. And it wasn't like rap clubs where every guy and girl had to grind, you just danced cuz ya loved it. That's mainly why i liked it so much, cuz i could lose myself. But now i gots a girlfriend and kinda settled down...even quit pills and pot.
Thanks for the warning DoDaMan...but I've already been around some fucked up shit at the club. Gang related stabbings and such. My boyfriend is a bouncer at the after hours club though, so I'm on good terms with all of the other doorman...I know they got my back
