I got cought at school with multiple bags and a scale as well as paraphenalia. I know it was stupid and i dont wanna listen to any of that, the question I have is I was charged with poss under 20g and poss of paraphenalia. They found a good list of items silver surfer vape, sharpstone grinder, spoof, a bunch of individually bagged bud (6 half eigths) sandwich bags, papers, rolling machine, resinous pen, and the bottle from the gb. So on my citation it reads misdemeanor possesion of marjuana and misdemeanor possesion of paraphenalia. It is obvious that I was selling a little. Is there anything the judge can do to change the charges to worsen them from possesion to intent to sell. Also I'm 18 a freshman in college, living in florida... what legal punishments do you think I will face being that this is my first time run in with the law. For those wondering what happened someone pulled the fire alarm in my building at a little after midnight when i wasnt home. The cops went in to check the rooms to see if people evacuated and he said he smelled weed giving him probable cause so i just gave him everything so he wouldnt bring me to jail.
i think the only thing you've got going for you is that this is your first run-in with the law. otherwise, they pretty much have everything under the sun. i'm not a lawyer so i'm not going to ponder what they might or might not do to you, but the only legal advice i would suggest is to do some serious ass kissing. good luck dude.
smelling like mj... i cant say if that gives them probable cause to fullly search you or not but damn. there were cops all over why would you walk near them if you smoked/ have a bunch of weed with you. it's your own fault and you're probably looking at probation for about 9 months-12 months.
He had it in his dorm room it sounds like. Really, it just sounds like he got a bit of bad luck. Next time, if you have a friend who has his own place that you can really REALLY REALLY trust, then keep more of your stuff there.
By school I mean college. And it was in my dorm so thats why they searched it. Also after reviewing my citation the officer put my wrong birthday twice he put 1986 instead of 1990. I have no idea if that would make any difference good or bad or what I should do with that.
Lolz sucks to be you man... My freind got busted with 8 grams of hash, 3 ounzes of weed a scale, three g bong caps a bowl a bong and a whole laundry list of random stuff likes papes and screens... They found his bag on the steps at school found all that stuff and he was back at school in three days, no legal action lol canada ftw.
