This is interesting. The Electoral College meets Dec 13th to cast their votes. I think they want to clear things up about his birth which he has failed to show. The Supreme Court might just have saved this fraudulent election and will disqualify him.

Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania – 11/07/08) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States filed a Writ of Certiorari in the United States Supreme Court on October 30, 2008, requesting review of the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Judge Surrick’s Dismissal of Philip J. Berg’s lawsuit against Barack H. Obama, Jr., the DNC and the other co-Defendants. Accordingly, the U. S. Supreme Court has set dates in which Barack Obama, the DNC and all co-Defendants are to respond to the Writ, which is on or before December 1, 2008.

Mr. Berg remarked today, “I look forward to receiving Defendant Obama's response to the Writ.

Nazis are so cute, with their darling little confederate flags and their cute lil' black gay bondage boots. You know, suicide would end the pain you're feeling.

Gosh, Rebel ~ much as i wish that could be true, can you imagine what would happen across the US if it IS true???

i've thought and prayed about this very thing. If he had to win, so be it. i'll give him all the support that i would give any president.

But if he won by cheating,

    well, to quote Mr. T,

'i pity the fool...' who thinks that their vote absolves them of being anglo/caucasian/white in the eyes of the black folks...

a writ of cert is not the same as the court granting cert. a writ of cert is automatic and simply means mr. berg has petitioned the court.

the supreme court is highly unlikely to grant cert.

you know they keep talking about a "generated crisis" facing whoever is sworn in on inauguration day,id say we would have a pretty big crisis if they were to deny obama around inauguration day.

i heard a interview with that lawyer last night,he seems kinda confident the court will overturn the lower courts ruling before january 20..

IF obama were found to have a fraudulent birth certificate because he is not a natural born citizen, it would indicate a massive conspiracy involving many players going back 20 years at least.

Mr Berg does not actually believe he will get anywhere with this. He does, however, believe he can make good money off the fools who are holding out hope that a black man could not possibly be elected president of the US in a free and fair election.

you know what they say about a fool and his money...

thats not what i interpreted form the interview i heard last night but as i dont really care one way or the other and still find it hilarious that people continue to call a mixed race person who called himself a "mutt", "black" or "african american",i see no reason to debate it..

i simply asked a hypothetical question..

well, this is an aside, but the white racists who ruled the south and owned slaves established, as a matter of law, that a drop of "negro blood" in one's veins made one a negro too. The children of white plantation owners and black slaves were also property, and could be bought and sold just like their parents. This distinction continued through the Jim Crow years, and in the eyes of many still continues today. Obama is not descended from slaves, but like other emigrated african-americans, shares the cultural distinction of those who are.

it's a bit disingenuous for white racist southerners to attempt to exploit the historical tensions between blacks who were "pure" and those of mixed heritage. As a point of fact, those who were mixed had the worst treatment of all - considered negroes under Jim Crow laws, they were also rejected by many blacks. However in the eyes of white rule they were alway negro, black, african-american, or whatever term you wish to apply.

yeah yeah yeah,,you are on a mission to keep racial divides at the forefront at all costs i know i know..
lets bring up something that happened 200 years ago to justify your mission.

you can say its others who feel this way till your blue in the face, the fact is you are the one continuing to call him black..

your argument would have been better received had you said, "someone THEY perceive to be a black man"..

    but ya didnt,...

I call obama black because "half-black, half-white" is too many damn syllables, as is "african american." He also has more of the skin tone and physical features of his father than his mother. Not to mention what he has done (intentional or not) to give such a morale boost to the Black community in America. BTW, not talking about issues of race isn't going to make them go away either.

I edited my post while you were responding, so please don't get mad about it. I don't like to post 5 times when it is the same thought.

you know, I just got back from Nashville, where I watched the election, shall we say, "in the wrong bar".

You are not fooling me, for one, with this bullshit. By aligning yourself with the white racists I met who were above all dismayed that a black man got elected, and tried to couch their disapproval in the least offensive way possible, resorting to calling those who felt hope and unity at this great moment "racist", you go a long way discrediting yourself in my eyes. Shame on you, and don't think I am not familiar with your code words, or that I don't hear the obvious undertones in your speech.

It's not the words you choose that offend me, but rather the feelings in your heart they betray that scare me. You are free to speak as you will, but don't think for a minute that it is socially acceptable, and that you are not making yourself into a pariah if you continue along these lines. I simply won't stand for stealth racism as a substitute for honest disagreement.

I recognize his skin is dark, but why I voted for him was he was educated and intelligent.

I think this birth certificate thing is just a last gasp by the right wing to hold out hope that they can win this election.

Somewhat puzzling in this election is that McCain wasn't born in the US either. But that didn't come into play so much. It was an historic election. And I think eventually a lot of misconceptions will be laid to rest.

lol,,way to transfer what your doing to me..
umm may i remind you i am the one saying we should not label this man in any way but to call him a american and your the one calling him black because thats the way the slave owners would have defined him..

id say your the one aligning yourself with racist ideals not i..;)

btw, there are far more racists per capita in the northeast and midwest than in the south.. google it..

Like, I said, I'm not fooled, and I doubt anyone else is. Just drop it, please, and get used to the idea: a black man is going to be your president.

The words that he used in his "if" question were about his citizenship. You were the one who brought race into the issue instead of acknowledging his question. Don't like the topic, don't bring it up.

so let me get this straight,, you are the one who brought up race in this thread, you are the one using the term black to describe him and you are the one using what slave owners considered black to defend you calling him black and your insinuating im the one with the problem??
lol now ive heard it all..
go back in your closet now,we all know how YOU feel... you have made it perfectly clear..

    gotta love closet racists...
