Ok..just a thought..how about you try this....if you have some there right now , tell yourself , ok,,,Im not going to do anymore for two hours...then , when the two hours is up...add another two hours..do that till you go to bed , and you will have made it thru the nite without doing any. If you can go ONE nite , then add another nite. If you can keep doing that , then you can eventually find that you dont really need that stuff anymore.
because I took cold pills one time for a cold and I noticed they mellowed me out and wasn't getting enough anti-anxiety pills to calm the anxiety
You are not fixing your anxiety with all the different drugs, you're just covering it up while it gets worse.
I know what you're thinking here. I know what you're trying to do. But trust me, here. It's not gunna help her. I have dealt with and studied people who have issues similar to hers. Her problems wont be solved by people telling her how she should clean up.
you probably don't have anxiety then you probably have something else did your doctor tell you you had anxiety, or did you come up with that yourself? sometimes bipolar is misdiagnosed as anxiety
sometimes growing up in abusive households or being ignored by parents/peers through adolescence can be misdiagnosed as anxiety.
