When I drink kratom I usually get the premium leaf. It's cheaper than the extract and not much of a difference from my experience. I took 3 g. of 10x and I didn't feel it that much

How much premium leaf is equivalent to two grams of 15x? I thought about getting some, but it just seems like more of a hassle.

Yes, you can make a tea of 4g with 15x extract. 15x extract tea is very good for pain relief. You can easily make it.

I know its an old thread but I found it funny as hell. The title along with the package instructions and of course the HELP! in the title just makes one scratch their heads! Sort of like the time a guy got a 4-way hit of blotter, hearing the guy who gave it to him say, Now listen, split this 4 ways between you and three friends and you all will have a great time. What he heard was take this, blah blah blah, and you will have a great time!
