Ok, so here is my question/partial concern.

I'm 20 on Wednesday, I've had sex with 3 different females. I had a girlfriend for about 4.5 years (From 15 to 19.5) and we had sex probably 800+ times. I got used to having sex with her, obviously, and could easily control my orgasms and sync them perfectly with hers. It worked out well.. except I had this issue.

I then fooled around with another chick for awhile, had sex a few times, and still could control myself well, except had this problem THEN too.

I just met a new girl within the last month or so, and we've had sex. However, everytime we fool around now, I produce A LOT of precum. This happened with every girl so far, but it went away after being used to having sex/fooling around with them. I'm assuming this happens because she's new, and i'm WAYYYYYYYY turned on by her. I have had no gap between sex really, only a few months. I could rub on this new chick for 2 minutes and generate a lot of precum, but if me and my first girlfriend would fool around right now I would produce NO precum (Even though I did with her the first few times too).

When I say precum, i'm referring to the lubricant released from the bulbourethral gland (aka Cowper's Gland). My boxers are literally WET from it everytime we fool around, but when we have sex, I can either last as long as I want or my penis goes limp on me.

Why do I produce SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much when with a new girl, but when I do things with a girl i'm used to/masturbate I produce almost NONE?

Basically what i'm saying is... I have excessive amounts of precum from foreplay/sexual contact. Even if i'd dance with her (grinding, whatever) i'm sure i'd probably produce a good amount of precum.

Is it because I find her THAT attractive or what? I could dance with a random girl and not have the precum however.

Some have more than others.
It's just like some girls are wet almost all of the time, and some girls take forever to get wet.
It's not a bad thing, and there's probably no way to fix it.
I'm a girl, so Idk.

Actually, not all guys produce precum at all. I don't, and neither do most of the guys I've been with, for that matter. However, I do find it very arousing when I'm with someone who does produce it. I just wish I could.
