What do you think, just juice it?

Maybe add some water to the "juiced" dry material and boil it for a couple of hours to get as much as possible out of it?

    Opinions?

    Answer: No.

When you put San Pedro into a juicer, out from it comes what looks like the contents of baby Kermit's diaper.

What is teh concensus here? Ive read that the juicer is a great method and that the pulp that it extracts went through ane xtraction process and yeilded nothing (meaning it was efficient)

maybe it depends what sort of juicer you have?

    Juicer or Blender???

Ugh- I remember when I put my San Perdro in the blender. The result was a white, frothy concuction which bared very little resemblance to 'juice' But after I put the cactus froth in a pot and heated it for a few hours- the froth began to settle into a liquid, snot like substance.

The preparation was much more messy than I imagined, I might dry it next time.

    Cut into thin slices.
Put those into a food processor.
If you do it fresh, there is no need for water.
